Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of outro.events and any related early-access signup (the "Site"), operated by Outro ("Outro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who Can Use the Site
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate.
The Site & Early Access
The Site provides information about Outro's event ticketing platform and lets you sign up for early access or updates. Signing up does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing, and we may change, pause, or discontinue early access at any time. Once Outro's ticketing platform is publicly available, use of that platform (including purchasing or selling tickets) will be governed by separate terms presented at that time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including via bots, scraping, or malware)
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site without our permission
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Outro or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as needed to use the Site as intended, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services, including Google Analytics 4, to understand how the Site is used. Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outro and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Outro harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
